I have a customer receiving this error on a few devices. I had him do an SNMPwalk and is seeing a (genError) A general failure occurred. I can share a screen shot in a PM
Customer figured out, the sequence for SNMP user creation on the switches were wrong. He stripped all the SNMP configs and added them again which seemed to have fixed the issue.
