Have a customer admin trying to add a user via CSAM and getting the error "the entered user ID is not found or not associated to your company". I've already validated that this user is associated to their contracts via SAMT. He tried using the CCOID and email and got same.

Hello,
User just needed to be associated the company. For future cases, you can do this in CSAM under "User-Company Associations" -> "Associate User to My Company".
Customer can now associate the user ID to their desired role. Please have them check and verify.
