So I've continued to have problems involving a CSAM issue with a customer that was created from a merger. I've been trying to have this resolved but haven't gained much traction and so I wanted to look to here for figuring it out. We currently own contracts with this company, but they were born from a merger where the other company did NOT have contracts with us. Since then as the new entity, we have a contract under them.
I have the delegated admin's CCOID as well ready to fire off.
Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated as it's just a large web that feels like its getting more and more tangled!
Is your customer DA having trouble in assigning you CBR access via CSAM tool? If so can you send me the customer DA CCOID, partner user details and the smart entitled contract between partner company and customer company?
