Issue with CSPC Collecting Configurations forSG550XG-8F8T switches

I'm currently facing an issue with the Cisco Common Service Platform Collector (CSPC) while trying to collect the running and startup configurations for SG550XG-8F8T and Cisco SG300-10 switches. When attempting to collect configurations, I encounter the error message "_show running_config not applicable to this device." and "_show startup_config not applicable to this device."

Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, could you please share your insights or solutions? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
