Issue with registering new DA because of company merger

We were assisting a customer with registering for SNTC portal and it showed that there was already a DA assigned.  The listed DA is with the parent company who recently purchased our customer.  There is not yet any interaction between the 2 companies.  The message stated that an email would be sent to the DA for approval.  We didn't complete the registration because of this.  Is there a way to add a DA2 on your end?

Thanks for your private message. I replied with detail that there is existing DA for the company (not from parent company). New user who wants to be DA can reach out to him via email. Please let me know if you have any further question.
