Hello I'm trying to receive notifications about 'Inventory collection upload process completed' from SNTC portal but I receive an error saying that my email address is not configured in my profile. I checked my profile and I see my email correctly configured.
I'm attaching a screenshot of the error.
Could you help me to understand what should I do in order to solve this issue?

Can you please share the details of customer/inventory for which you face this error on My Notifications tab?

Dear Rosa,
We found a bug in the system due to which My Notifications tab throws the error if the user CCO ID contains a dot "." . This issue is further getting addressed through bug CSCvh55219

Hi Rosa,
The issue was noted as addressed in the latest release (SNTC 4.3). Notifications can now be set as expected in the portal.
