Hey everyone,
I have a customer that just recently set-up the SNTC Portal and got everything up and running. But after confirming their registration and being assigned a portal confirmation e-mail, they are being constantly pushed back into the registration process despite completing it.
Having trouble figuring this out and hoping it's just a silly error on our parts or an oversight. Any assistance would be appreciated - I can gather whatever info necessary to make the process smoother.
