Have a customer where I just associated his ID with our contract this morning and about an hour later he tried the portal registration using that contract info and it received an error that he wasn't associated. Do I need to give it more time to process? I can share details in PM.

Please allow 24 hours for any updates on Cisco profile such as contract association to come through. You may retry self registration after that.

Any way to push that along? They want to try and get the collector up and running ASAP.

It's been 24 hours now and he's still getting the same error. However, I just checked SAMT and it no longer shows his ID associated. I just did it again, is there any way to push this through today on the back-end so that we do not have to wait another 24 hours?
