Hi, I'm getting below error message when attempting to login to Certification Tracking System. I have tried many time now but unable to login. screenshot attached for reference.
Please, advise how i can fix it.

I work as contractor not sure if my company name is needed our client is Cisco’s biggest customer all I am trying to do is track my certification.
I work for Randstad Technologies but they are not sponsoring my certification.
