Multiple CSPC uploads for processing simultaneously

Can I submit multiple CSPC uploads for processing simultaneously?

I'm assuming you have a single collector.  In this scenario you can "initiate" another collection while a prior collection is being processed by the portal, however, the 2nd collection will be blocked from processing until the prior collection has completed.
