I was recently added as an admin to the portal, I accessed it from this URL https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html and click Sign in next to the Already a portal user? I get the login, I login in using my CCO ID, it starts to load and then I get re-directed to https://www.cisco.com/web/fw/tools/ssue/apps/ssueap2.0/prod/#/promo no matter what browser I use, I have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox. What am I missing?

Hi Christopher,
Could you please private message me for your company name for which you are trying to get access with or trying to register for?
If you are trying to access to end customer portal as a partner then you need to have CBR role.
If you have SNTC for your partner company, you can have customer admin role to get access to portal.
Please specify as well share your CCOID.

About language selection, once you login to portal, you will see globe icon. It will let you select language.
