I'm trying to get a new user access to total care. When she requests the access, it sends the request to a DA that is no longer here. I've deleted that person from the system (as far as I can tell), but this keeps happening.
Can you please send CCO ID of the user who is requesting the access, company name and also the old DA details? You may send this information via private message.
