Even after getting the confirmation from Cisco support that I do have full access to Smart Net Total Care portal, I do not see anything in login and after few seconds page redirects to another page where it says I do not have access.
Please suggest.

>We have manually synced the user from our end.
>The user with the mentioned CCO ID has been assigned the role of customer admin on CSAM and is active on the SNTC portal for the mentioned account.
>Issue has been resolved.
