Need to ensure all CSPC settings are compatible with SNTC. Our last successful upload was in April 2018. ID CSP000***. Several of our upload profiles still have NOS and do not give an SNTC option in the upload profile.

Hello,
If your collector has NOS profiles, then it means it's built with the NOS default settings. NOS is only partially compatible with SNTC. If you have a NOS contract, you will probably need to work with NOS support to review your upload settings.
Note that NOS collectors cannot be supported via the SNTC support community.
If you no longer have a NOS or Smart Assisst support contract, the best option will be to install a new collector (with the SNTC defaults), apply an SNTC license so that you can be on a fully SNTC-compliant version.
