O365 SMTP Email Settings and notifications for CSPC 2.10 failing

I'm trying to set up email notifications, and I'm not quite sure what the issue is. We have office 365, and we were running into issues authenticating the email settings, and receiving an error saying starttls needs to be enabled. We have an SMTP relay set up to the correct IP, and also I've tried a licensed scan to email dedicated account that I ensured has SMTP auth turned on. It's not working on port 587 or port 25, can someone advise what the issue may be?

Hello,
when specifying port 587 for starttls i simply get could not connect to smtp host

i have captured on my firewall and the traffic is being passed using FQDN resolution for smtp.office365.com
