Oops. Somethin went wrong.. - Verify Account SNTC Portal

Hi everyone,

as soon as I want to add SNTC Portal to the contract, this message appears. I have also tried the "Partner" field set to "No". This message has been appearing for more than a week. Can you help me?

Hi,

Sure, we have verified and found that the party ID address is not updated due to which we will not be able to complete the registration process. So the customer will have to reach out to their account team and update the address and we will inform the same.
