Oops! Something went wrong...Error While Registering for SNTC

Hi,

I encountered a problem trying to register for Smart Net Total Care.

On the last page "Confirm your request" and pressing "confirm" leads to page "Oops! Something went wrong" please try again later. I've tried several times today, but I get the same message every time.

How do I resolve this issue?
