Our cisco account can't register in SNTC

HI, someone could help me? I'm trying to configure a SNTC on self onboarding. it shows "Oops! Something went wrong"

Thank you very much for fixing our company account. I can login Smartnet total care website.

Good to know it works post nominating the user for DA and assigning them Customer Admin role for the SNTC portal.
