Portal Access Issue

I am running into an issue when logging into the SNTC portal. Despite my user having been granted access in the SAM, when I try to login I am redirected to the registration page. If I try to register again, it says than I am already registered and the process starts over again.

You should have access to the Portal now.Please confirm.

 

If you are still unable to login, please try clearing your browser cache.
