My customer can no longer can view any of his SNTC Portal dashboards as of this week. I’m trying to get him to grant us LOA access in the portal but his ADMIN tab is missing. If I recall correctly, he was able to view all dashboards last week. He said something changed since then but the only thing we did was add in a second collector. I don’t think that will cause an issue since they already had a collector listed.
From my partner side, I’m able to view their portal and all dashboards pull up correctly for me since he granted me CBR User access last week. Any ideas on what the issue is on why he can’t view his ADMIN dashboard? I didn’t think it was a CSAM access issue is it?
