I have been granted access to Cisco resources as Customer Administrator for SNTC via e-mail. When I attempt to open the Smart Net Total Care Portal I get a message that states "You are not entitled to access this content." This happens through out the portal. I did the self registration, did I miss something?
Hi Rick, We have seen this issue occassionally when there is a sync delay between the different tools. Can you kindly retry after 24 hours, this issue should resolve itself. If you are still seeing issues, kindly update this post and I will follow up on it.
