Hello.
I have a customer who has an issue with the upload process for Total Care. He has the entitlement, whitelisted IPs / forwarded ports, but the process fails. Any advice on how to proceed?

Thanks for providing screenshot. Screenshot that you have provided is from last year dec 18th. As of now, i can see successful upload with today's date. Please private message me your CCOID so I can further check why you are not able to see anything on portal.
