I use SNTC multiple times a week and I ran a report this morning and when I refreshed the page it took me to the Promo Page. See attachment for a screen shot. I have rebooted my PC and different approaches to get access, but it always takes me back to the promo page. I need access as soon as possible. My account is needing data today.

I (Asset Manager) was just on a call with Joe Aldridge (SSM) and Customer HCA and could not share or review HCA SNTC data. Like Ben; I was ran in the tool and when I refreshed the page it took me to the Promo Page. See Ben's attachment for a screen shot. I am a Cisco employee with many SNTC Accounts and (like many) need access as soon as possible. Account are needing data today and we can't help them.

Solution to this problem.
Clear your history, cookies, etc. Once that has been done you should be able to access SNTC. If not you should be able to get to it through an incognito window.
