Why I can't download the logs? The download never starts after that message appears.

Hello,

The export function can occasionally take a few moments to begin. Given the number of logs you have selected to export, please ensure you are allocating sufficient time for the download to begin.

Alternatively, you can attempt to export fewer logs at a time to ensure it is in fact working. Could you also confirm which web browser you are currently using while initiating this process?

Mozilla firefox and internet explorer, but both I stay more then 5 minutes and never starts the download.

Could you please confirm the behavior when you deselect the postout/postout.log file? This tends to occur when the a particular log filesize is considerably large. Once it is deselected the download should start.

If you would like to extract all logs and create a single zip file despite this, I would recommend access the CLI of the collector and zipping the files manually.

They should be located at:
/opt/cisco/ss/adminshell/applications/CSPC/logs

I restart the collector and  I got the logs, thank you for help me.
