My customer wants to know if the UCCX and Unity servers are supported via the SNTC and also "What information can we gather from the UCCX and Unity servers via the SNTC?"

Hello smartnetpro,
These CCM types are supported by the Portal. Once discovered, the CSPC will be able to collect SNMP related data from the devices (in the case of CCMs, it will poll for IP Phones as well).
