I'm trying to get our Partner IDs re-validated for LOA access. They've expired month's ago. What is the process within the Portal? I see their IDs still are in the ADMIN tab. Do I need to click on "Manage Access" tab or "Re-validate LOA access" tab. not sure the process post 30-days of expiration.

Hi Craig,
Please look for following guide for 'Complete these steps in order to update the LoA for a CBR user:'
https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/services/sntc/portal_user_guide.html
These steps need to be performed by Customer admin only for CBR user/admin -> Click Actions, and then click Revalidate Letter of Authorization (LoA) Access.
