Regarding Differences in All Equipment.

Hello, I'm wondering as to why the Total Devices in Inventory / Collected have a discrepency when addin gup the total devices under Recognized, etc. No matter how the math works, none of the below numbers can add up to 9722? So it's as if there were devices, even if non-cisco, that weren't registered? Is this the case? Thanks.

Hi,

Basically total device count translates to all devices that are part of inventory including recognized as well as non-Cisco devices that were not recognized.

Total count of devices in Inventory 9722 = Total Devices Recognized 7461 + Total Not Recognized Devices ( not available on summary)

I don't know which account you are looking at, this is how you can look up Not Recognized devices -

From  Custom Inventory - Filter on SN Recognized = Not Recognized

OR From Inventory Summary, Click the URL on "Total Count of 9722" , on Report filter out Not Recognized Devices, then add the 'Not recognized' devices and 'Recognized' device count, that should match the total device count.
