Registration Certificate

Have an issue with getting a "Failed” on the upload from the collector to services.cisco.com.  We have allowed an access control policy in the firewall allowing the servers listed for Cisco but still no luck. Have also tried applying a new certificate to the collector but we are getting a message that states "Registration certificate applied successfully locally but not applied to connectivity."

What else can be done to troubleshoot?

Hey casey_biggs8,

Can you go into root access of the CLI and check the below file and provide the contents?  Make sure if you are SSH'ing into the appliance, first log in as collectorlogin and 'su' up to root.

Once in root -> Run command 'cd /etc' -> Send me contents of the hosts file.

Thanks,

Is this what you are looking for?
