I've seen similar posts recently, and am running into the same issue while trying to register for SNTC. I go through the steps to register and get stuck at the confirmation e-mail screen. I've checked our security suite and never see a message coming in or trying to come in, and I've tried with both company options, partner name, no partner name, etc.
Can someone from SNTC support help please?

The user was added on the account & the customer is able to login successfully on the SNTC portal now.
