I have Smart-entitled contract (95792139), the contract number is already associated with my Account. But whenever i try to register the devices i want SNTC for, i am getting the following message;
" This contract is not active and not associated with your Cisco account profile. Please identify a valid contract and use the Cisco Account Profile Manager to associate your account with that contract. "

Regards,

Hello Faycal,

I confirmed that the s/n - contract pair are valid. I will forward this issue to the backend team for review.

It appears that the contract was only recently associated, so it may have taken some time to propagate throughout the systems.  Please log out and try again, and if you still get the same error, let us know.

Kevin,

Yes the contract was recently associated with my account. How much time are talking here? Two days ago i spoke with a lady from Cisco, she told me that i would have to wait for 24h so my contract could be recognized in Cisco systems. now its way past 24h. I tried as you suggested but i am still getting the same error. Please find attached a screen shot of the error i just got.

Hi Faycal,

It appears that you work for the Partner company on that contract.  As a customer-led offer, someone from the end customer company would need to do perform the registration and become the delegated administrator for their company.  That admin could then grant you (the partner) CBR access to their data in the portal.

More information is available in the SNTC Partner Resource Library: https://supportforums.cisco.com/community/11933811/smart-net-total-care-partner-resource-library?view=overview

Kevin,

Are you suggesting that i should talk to the partner i bought the devices from? Please be specific on this! Because i am the one with the smart-entitled contract that i bought from our authorized regional re-seller.

Hello Faycal,

To clarify what we can see.

Your company name shows on the contract as the Bill-To which states that your company sold this contract and not that you were sold this contract.  The Installed-at-site is for a governmental site.  Per Keven's comment what we are saying is that someone from the governmental site will need to manage the initial registration for the SNTC set up. Once this has been done they can grant you partner access to their Customer party on the portal.

Please note the contract ending in 2139 is under your profile now.

On the SNTC community we have a partner resource library which details how you can help the end customer set up their organization on the SNTC portal. Below are some links you may find useful.

Tim,

I get what you saying
However how will i give to our government entity (Client) access to the portal if i can't access the SNTC myself? Or maybe administrators use a different portal to register?
And please note that, i cant access the partner resource-library

Hello Faycal,

The process is almost the other way round than you describe. The Client needs to first set themselves up in CSAM and SNTC and then grant you access to the SNTC portal.

For the link try to access the link via the top level community page where you see the discussions. On the right hand side you see the section Partners (forth heading down) with the library link in that section.
