Reports Failure

Hi there,

I'm trying to generate some "Last Day of Support" reports since last week but it's not working, everytime I check "My Reports", it shows the status "Failure".

I've tried for differents customers but it fails for all of them.

I need some help, please. Over than a week facing the same issue.
