Reseller registered our contract in their name

Hi there

 

I have a couple of Nexus 3172 switches and my Smartnet contract is due for renewal. When trying to renew via a reseller, I found out that the previous reseller registered the contracts with them being the end user and not my organisation. 

 

I have proof of purchase (their invoice to me) showing I own the switches and bought and paid for the support contract - how do I go about getting the end user details changed to my organisation so I can renew the contracts?

Unfortunately, TAC is unable to assist directly with contract coverage orders as we are dedicated to the resolution of technical HW/SW issues so I will need to refer you to another resource that is better aligned to answer your query regarding coverage compatibility:

You can also send an email to services-entitlement-help@cisco.com.  A entitlement support Specialist will be able to provide you information or instructions about your contracts.
