Customer replied to me that he was unable to access those logs. Can you send the exact instructions on how to access those logs.

Hi Enzo,

These logs should be accessible via CLI with root privileges.
Make sure to enable the additional CLI user access.

In addition, if you can provide the appliance ID, we can investigate further.

Regards,

Hi,

Thanks for the information shared via PM. To "read" the log files you can use the cat command. For example:

cat /opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/nohup.out

cat /opt/ConcsoTgw/tail-end-gateway-decoupled/bin/CONN_TEG_LOGS/tail-end-gateway.log

To extract the file, you can look into an utility such as WinSCP.

In addition, can you try the following:

* Re-apply the certificate on the web UI and share the screenshot of whether the license applies successfully or not?

Regards,

Cesar

Here are the log files requested

Can  you send the instructions on how to reapply the cert

The option is under: Help -> About -> View Properties -> License Properties
