Serial Number not appearing on SNTC portal

Hello,

When we do a successful upload via the Collector, we are not able to see the serial numbers on the SNTC portal and don't have it, in CSPC we have all the Serial Numbers, I attached the two prints showing one example in the CSPC and SNTC. 

Can you pleas check it for me?

Hello, we are also seeing no serial numbers displayed on the online reports in the portal, or offline reports sent to the My Reports tab. Has this been identified as a broad issue impacting all customers, or is it account specific?

We have this problem as well with CSPC version 2.10.0.4 and 2.10.0.5, no serial number are displayed on the SNTC after a successful upload. serial number on CSPC exists for all devices.

With 2.10.0.5 waiting some time after the upload, the serial number are displayed on SNTC.
