Hi there,
For a customer that already has a Smart Net Total Care Portal, can I be assigned as CBRAdmin access having only contracts with service level: SSTC, SSTCS or PSBU?

Hello, SSTC, SSTCS or PSBU are not SNTC supported contracts.The end customer should have a SNTC supported contract with the partner then only they can get them CBR access.That's all from my side.Best regards,Devashish Bourai.
