Service Levels showing inaccurate in SNTC Portal

I'm working on a SMARTnet renewal for a customer and noticed that there are devices showing up in the SNTC portal that have active SMARTnet support on them.

Please private message me customer company and inventory name. Please provide SN of devices for which service level are in question.

As well, I have noticed upload date of last month, please have another latest upload. Once you have latest upload, please update me if issue persist.
