Smart Net Total Care Access Issue

I have been associated with my company and granted "Smart Net Total Care:Customer Administrator" rights. When i log into Cisco SmartAdvisor, I do not see my company in the top left and I don't have access to do anything.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hello Aaron,

SNTC and Smart Advisor are different services.

It looks like you've registered on SNTC today, normally it's suggested that you wait 24 hours for the user synchronization to complete.

Hello Cesar,

We removed my access to SNTC and re-added today, we will be more patient.

How do I go about gaining access to SmartAdvisor?
