Hello,
I removed the inventory from Smart Net Total Care to start fresh. Now I see the get started link on the left and the green import device data button. I upload a file from the collector and receive a message that it was uploaded successfully. However I do not see any new inventory. I have waited about 5 hours and still no change. Tried to refresh the page, logout, clear cookies and use different browser. Any ideas?

I checked this morning and the inventories are listed. It took about 6 hours for the first inventory file to finish after import. Looks good now.

Hi,
It can take upto 48 hr. Please private message me your CCOID, company name and inventory name. I will take a look further. Please do let me know the name of the inventory that you removed.
