I was quoting for smartnet for Access Point for one of the customer for following two options mentioned below : The onsite Engineer charge is A-B = USD 30 dollars only which is quite less .If i see the Cisco onsite smartnet and smartnet difference for a 2911 router for 8*5*NBD SLA , it is 226 USD- labor charge . Why so much change in Onsite Engineer charge for 2911 router compared to onsite Engineer charge for an Access Point
I want to know in the case Onsite smartnet for Access Point , what is the expectation from Cisco Engineer onsite , will he unmounting the Access Point and Mounting the New Access Point ?
Can I have clarity on this …
