SmartNet Total Care Portal PSIRTS Alerts

On the Portal under Alerts -> All PSIRTS, we are attempting to acknowledge and clear vulnerabilities that we have addressed or do not apply to our device configuration.  When we try to choose Change the Alert Status under Actions, it tells us we have to choose "ignore" or "acknowledge."  However we cannot find a location to choose one of those options.  Please advise.

Hi Josh,

Alert acknowledgement is a function that can only be performed by users with the Customer Admin role, therefore it is under Library>Adminstration>Active Alerts. Once there, locate the alert you would like to "Ignore" or "Acknowledge" and either check the box to the left and select Actions on the top left, or, simply right-click the alert in question and choose the Change Alert Status option.
