Smartnet Total Care Segments

Can someone help me understand why an asset shows up twice when looking at the segments.  Once with no segment assigned and once with a segment assigned?  We are looking at the data from the All Equipment view under Inventory.  We are trying to find what assets don't have a segment ID assigned and its making it very confusing and difficult to sort through.

Hi Amber,

To view equipment that has not been grouped into a segment, you can use the Segment Exclusions report available under the Administration library in the portal.

If All Inventory and Segments is selected in the Global Filters, the All Equipment report will list devices in all inventories AND all segments. This will lead to devices potentially being listed more than once, depending on whether they are in the main inventory and also one or more segments.
