SmartPortal CSPC does not appear

Hello

 

I am activating a SmartPortal with a customer, after sucessfully associating his CCO to the company and to an active contract I am trying to "register" SmartPortal through services.cisco.com but the option for registration does not appears, it redirect directly to the SmartAdvisor
