SNTC 3.0 Saving Filter Templates in Dashboard

In SNTC 3.0, Is there a way to create and save a template to my dashboard for node reporting? If I select in Library -> Inventory -> All Equipment then added additional filters and then arrange the filters in a certain order, I tried to save as "Custom View" to my dashboard and set it as a default view, when I selected it, it defaulted back to the original filters? I tried multiple options but to no luck.

Hi Robert,

The "Custom View" allows you to create your own dashboards, which can consist of multiple smart reports in one dashboard.   As you might imagine, you "drag and drop" the smart reports into the dashboard and save the "Custom View" and give it a personal name.

As for defining and saving customized smart reports, which I suspect you are trying to do, there is not a mechanism to do that today.

Thanks for your reply.. Yes  that's correct, I was hoping to be able to save a custom template for reporting. It would be beneficial to have this type of feature for customer reporting.

P.S  the "Incidents" filter is a no go.. not sure if it's setup at this time.
