Can't access the portal, it says.
You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services contract to request access.
However i do have access, when a try to register again it confirms it and send me back, getting into a loop.
I can't understand why it is so hard to work.
Can someone please help me?

Hello,
If you had recently requested access to the SNTC portal you may not have waited to requisite 24 hours for the systems to sync up. Either way, I have done this manually and you should now have access to the portal, please confirm any remaining access issues here.
