SNTC Access for EoX and Product Information API

Hello,

Can anyone please show me some direction to get EoX and Product Information API access?

Our CE manager guided me to register to CX cloud thinking it would allow to request api access. 

However, we're told that CX cloud currently does not support the APIs. 

Please advise.

Thanks for sharing the details.  Definitely access to CX Cloud will not solve this for you.  The documentation does say you need access to SNTC Portal, but when I asked about this previously, I was informed that was not required.  Recommend you reach out to the support alias for those APIs:  supportapis-help@cisco.com

The post above is correct.  You do not need to have SNTC Portal or CX Cloud for the support APIs.  If you want to have API access to your company's data in CX Cloud, that is currently not available, but is coming later this year.  The Support APIs are "generic" APIs, meaning they are not specific to your company data.  i.e. You pass in Product IDs and get back EOX information.  If you create a CX Cloud account and populate with your company's assets, the EOX and Product Information is automatically present in the portal and you can export it to CSV.  That same data will be available via API in the future.

Yes, I understand they're generic api. However, I don't think it's allowed unless you're provisioned for api access.
When I try to add more api to generate key for EoX and Product Information on Cisco API Console page, I don't see them as choice. Only followings are available for me to choose. When I shared this to my CE manager, she thought it's available since SNTC portal is migrating to CX Cloud. I guess I should see EoX and Product Information listed here to get a key to be used in a script?

I've sent several emails to them including one from last friday and this morning. Still waiting to hear back from them.

Not sure if anyone in this community have direct relationship with the team....

I also reached out and will try to get an answer.
