Hello,

customer tried to grant access to SNTC portal for my colleagues, but got this error:
If the checkbox for the role is not selectable, it is because the user is not a associated with an external company, or the user is not a reseller of any of your company's Smart Net Total Care contracts and cannot be registered for portal access.

Customer succeed to grant access to me, but not to my colleagues.

We need help to grant access to my colleagues.

Hi Marko,

Please check if the users have completed the registration process. If its not completed then to get the access setup for the SNTC Portal, they will need to first complete the registration which can be found here https://www.cisco.com/web/smartservices/sntc.html .  Once completed, your access will be setup.

They have problem to login services.cisco.com portal, it says "You do not currently have access to Smart Services Connection. You must be entitled to at least one Smart Services Contract". But they have that contract.
