I was granted access to SNTC and received an email from cisco. It has been more than 24 hours and I am still unable to access the portal. Are there other steps that need to be taken?

The user has both CustomerAdmin and CustomerUser role assigned. Please let me know if I can remove the User role as it might create an issue while accessing and managing different tabs in the SNTC portal.
That is fine; however, I am unable to log into the portal at all. I keep getting kicked back to the Register page.
Please try accessing the portal again.If you face the same issue, please share the screenshot.
