Hi Amanda,
You need to remove the contract 203675848 from the mentioned CCO ID to stop receiving the attached email.
Please follow the below steps to remove the contract from mentioned CCO ID:
Path>> Please login to cisco.com and click on Manage CCO Profile > then click on Access Management tab, there you will have all the Smart Accounts associated with your CCO ID, you can manage all your Smart Accounts from Smart Accounts tab under Access Management.
