Trying to figure out what I have missed. I have SNTC API developer access in the SNTC portal, but the APIs don't appear in the API console (apiconsole.cisco.com). Anyone seen this before?

To verify the current API role status and API service to the account in question, please share with me in a private message the following information:
• The Cisco username who needs the API access:
• The company name:
• The CR party ID:
• The contract number:
• Your account name on https://services.cisco.com (screenshot where the name will be visible)
• Is there any user with working access (reference user)?
• API Name:
• API URL:
likewise, please confirm/check the following Cisco documentation about SNTC APIs:
• SNTC API available from Cisco: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/service-apis/#!services-apis-base-urls
• User Onboarding Process: https://developer.cisco.com/docs/service-apis/user-onboarding-process/

Note:
The Services APIs have been migrated from the MuleSoft to the Mashery platform. The MuleSoft platform is slated for decommissioning shortly. The API users on MuleSoft must migrate their applications as soon as possible before the APIs stop working by following the procedure outlined in the Application Registration section.

The API service and role were provided ( account/user information validated in private interaction). please check and try to register the API again following the documentation provided at the beginning of this post. If the API registration issue persists, please contact the Cisco API support team directly at support: services-apis-migration@cisco.com;supportapis-help@cisco.com and share the following information. (they can help with your technical concerns) .
