SNTC country/region limitations

Hi, with SNTC, is there a limitation for its validity regarding the country the support for a device was purchased in, and the country the device(s) operates in?

Thanks, I do expect there are limitations or rules/policies because of advance hardware replacement, I'm just looking for a good explanation.
